- Sell off more posessions. Pick out two more items to add to FB marketplace.
- Clean the RV, make repairs, and perform some tests for sale.
- Create a list of new and existing attorneys to consult with, and call jimmy.	
- Negotiate a better rate with whoever you work with, and create terms.

	
### IX Cleanliness, Health and Hygeine

- At planet fitness take a shower and shave, and cut hair.
- Van clean: bag all trash, clean refrigerator, clean back of RV surfaces, dump out toilet.

- Mnemonics of the personal form, to do what your doing here without recording.
- Read more, have more books ready to resume. If lazy, read.

### XI. Relationships (objective is alone when not alone, unaffected physically)

- Practice more verbal cancellation of others in public without responding or addressing their statements.
- Work on non-acknowledgement and smearing/contorting words/meanings heard to vanish in meaning.

### XII. Rest and Rejuvenation (meditation until switch is back)

- Meditate/Self-hypnosis/Autosuggest as you are going to sleep.
- Practice being a chimp that cannot understand.

### XIII. Nutrition (factors: water, 1 meal, fruit &| protein as snack, if snack)

- Lots of water at the gym, and refill of water before leaving. Bring stainless steel container.

### XIV. Outdoors and Travel (factors: long walk not too picky surroundings)

- Update your motion on the PED Alcohol monitor to ensure you can leave the state on work terms.
- Go for a walk anywhere.
